Datuk Azahari is the Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer of AmanahRaya Investment Bank Limited Labuan ("ARIB"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Amanah Raya Berhad.
The establishment of ARIB is to enhance as well as create financial values in originating foreign dominated financial instruments in the international marketplace.
With vast experience and capabilities in offshore investment, ARIB offers both conventional and Islamic products, to finely tuned risk management strategies for diverse industries.
The core products of ARIB are offshore Investment Banking (Infrastructure Funds, Merger & Acquisitions, Private Financing Initiatives etc.); Corporate Finance and Advisory (Advisory on Debt Issuance, Private Equity, Corporate Restructuring etc.) and Treasury Services (Multiple Currency Deposit, Capital Market Products, Trading in International Debt Markets etc).
Datuk Azahari holds an MBA (Finance) from the Central Michigan University, USA. He has over 20 years experience in the area of the Capital and Financial Markets. He currently sits on the Board of Sapura Technology Berhad, Al-Nibras Ltd, Safeena (Labuan) Ltd, PA Resources Bhd and various other subsidiaries of Amanah Raya Berhad.
